After meeting on the set of The Last Song, Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth began their relationship in 2010. The couple split and got back together numerous times until finally announcing their engagement in June 2012. However, the engagement was called off in September 2013. According to E!, it was "Miley's decision, after coming to grips with Liam being what she believed was less than faithful to her."

In 2016, the couple got back together. After being spotted on Instagram wearing an engagement ring, Miley later confirmed she and Hemsworth were set to tie the knot (again) during an appearance on Ellen.
